Cris graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro with a Master’s in Business Law and a BA in Fine Arts. She has also studied in England, Switzerland, Italy, and France.
Enveloped in hot, sensual romance, her empowering stories bring characters who, in one way or another, discuss the subject presented at Law School, in her thesis An approach to the violation of the human rights of the female human being in the context of domestic violence.
Cris lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with her six-foot-six tall husband, two daughters, and Loki, her Shetland sheepdog. In 2011, after twenty-two years of practicing law, Cris decided to give writing a go. And—amazingly—it was just the piece that was missing from the puzzle of her life. Now that she’s hooked, she can’t free herself—and doesn’t want to be freed.
Despite her mother language being Portuguese, Cris writes in English, and her books are being translated to Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, and French. She has earned awards from Literary Classic International, Readers’ Favorite, and Amazon.
When she’s not typing away new stories, she's reading her favorite authors and pampering her family. Meeting interesting people—in person or online—gives Cris the inspiration for her characters, both the good and the bad ones. And...shhh! There’s a little bit of her in them as well!
